During the High Season (Oct.15 thru May 31) the rate is $150.00 USD per night. During the Low Season (June 1 thru Oct.14) the rate is $100.00 USD per night. Bookings of more than four weeks duration are always negotiable. These rates include maid service with the supply of fresh towels, bed linens, bathroom tissues and purified water, just as you would receive in a Hotel Our reservation policy is 50% of the total accomodation cost paid at time of reservation. Our prefered method of payment is through PayPal. This is a system for transfering money over the internet through credit cards and bank accounts. It is more secure than other methods because no third party ever sees your credit card numbers or banking information. Currently, they will accept Visa, Master Card or American Express and transfers from PayPal accounts. When you send us your deposit or final payment,you simply click on the PayPal icon below. If you are not already a member of PayPal, they will ask you to register with them. The process is simple. In fact, it is no different from a normal credit card purchase, you just register your credit card and choose a password. After you have registered, you can buy from other PayPal sites by just entering your password. There are also lots of other useful PayPal features that could be particularly useful for people living overseas. For example, individuals can personally send or receive money through PayPal. |
